During our Black History Month at FCA we invited one of the Lead Coaches to deliver on a programme we co-designed called 'Back to Excellence.' This was an opportunity to support the diversity within the FCA and how we support underrepresented within our business.
The event did not have the numbers we anticipated but we there was a lot of activities, and learning that supported a range of transformation in how underrepresented groups saw themselves and how to embark on leading oneself within the work space.
